Our fully qualified and certified specialist consultants, medical professionals, tradesmen, advocates, support workers, staff and volunteers have broad experience and wide-ranging expertise.

Our comprehensive pre-employment assessment and induction processes ensures all people have a client service focus, have a relevant knowledge of and respect for various individual’s cultural background, are committed to our quality accreditation processes.

We are also committed to a high level of quality standards, procedures and policies which are assessed by independent organisations.

Many of our team members have a disability or are a carer of someone with a disability. Such lived experiences are invaluable to our clients.

The Australian Network on Disability has some excellent ones, some of which relate to employment of people with a disability.
The Australian Government's Carer Gateway has a couple of excellent ones, so we invite you to click on the logo below and have a look.
Whilst Australia has its own comprehensive legislative statutes, codes and rules, the United States Access Board has developed a wonderful range of access videos for the built environment. There building rules, codes and standards are often the same as the Australian ones, however they use imperial rather than metric measurements. That said, these excellent little videos offer an incite on how things should be done correctly.
